Goya- naranja agria dressing- (strained)

naranja agria liquid + salt +paprika + adobo Goya- injected

or

naranja agria liquid + salt + paprika = rub


Southern Style:

Rub- Chili powder, Paprika, Onion & Mustard powder, Cayan, Ground Fennel, Coriander, Black Pepper AND Cumin. Mix and rub meat outdoors to avoid sneezing...


Cook to 200 degrees covered in (wood smoke) oven – Cooking time depending on weight.
