Discovery Session — $150 for 15 minutes A paid intro visit for adults considering WH-N Functional Medicine (hormones, thyroid, weight, adrenal, gut, nutrition, and sleep). What this session is for Share the symptoms and goals you care about most. We ask focused questions so we can outline a preliminary plan of next steps and answer your questions about how our clinic works. What it is not Scheduling and paying for this session is for exploring general wellness and health information. It does not establish a doctor-patient relationship until you enroll in our subscription care plan. It is not a full exam, lab order, prescription visit, or medical advice that replaces care from a qualified clinician. Price and timing $150 for 15 minutes. Payments for services are nonrefundable. To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. After the session If WH-N is a fit, the next step is our monthly care plan (currently listed as $250/month).
